The Generals broke a scoreless deadlock with a goal in the 32nd minute, then tacked on another early in the second half to take control.
"They just plain outworked us," Merrimack Valley Coach Mark MacLean said. "They were more physical, they played well, and we didn't."
MV (3-4-2) did receive strong efforts from backs Katie Kus and Ashley Dlubac, along with goalie Annie Egounis.
